Today I tried Face Atelier Ultra foundation for the first time. I first heard about this product through fellow make-up artist friends, then after reading the brilliant Make up by Katy blog I decided to follow suit and try some myself!

Coco Beau are a fantastic UK based company selling Face Atelier and Beaute products at competitive prices. They also offer sample sizes for sale at a really low price, which is great for us make-up artists who would need to purchase many shades for our kit, but costly if the product doesn't live up to its expectations.
I ordered around 8 samples of the Ultra foundation, which came within 48 hours, and each pot easily had around 2-3 applications, perfect to make sure I like the product- which I don't. I absolutely love it!
Tonight I was at a Christmas Event at the Chill Out Spa, Knowsley, offering make up advice and demonstrating a purple eye make up perfect for Christmas parties. I decided to try out the Ultra Foundation on my volunteer Samantha. She really good skin anyway, but this gave an even smoother, luminous look, which wasn't overly dewy. Sam finds her T-Zone can become oily over time, but this even kept her shine at bay!
